Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad


As seen on episode 120.


~12 oz Mini Shells

~ 2 Cups peas, cooked

~ 1 Cup Mayonnaise

~ 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

~ 2 Green Onions, sliced

~ 6 Strips cooked bacon, chopped

~ 2 Tbls Ranch Seasoning


Directions

-Cook shells according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water.

- In a large mixing bowl, add pasta, peas, mayonnaise, cheese, onions, bacon and ranch seasoning. Mix well to coat evenly.

- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Top with additional cheddar cheese and bacon before serving.

- Serves 6-8.
